Delarki is a private office that creates, operates and invests in early-stage, discretionary-spend business opportunities. Leveraging their relationship with the Duke & Duchess of Devonshire, Delarki were lead sponsors at this year’s annual Chatsworth International Horse Trials. This was an opportunity to activate a fund-rasing event centred around securing investment to expand upon their existing portfolio.

As part of the sponsorship agreement, we were given a hospitality tent that we could completely design to our specifications. The challenge was designing a coherent Delarki-branded space whilst also showcasing the brands within the current portfolio.

Additional event collateral was also required: menus, branded collateral, uniforms, goodie bags, etc.

Not only was the Delarki hospitality tent in a prime location to view the horse eventing, we were also given the opportunity to curate additional events that were tailored to us. In addition to working with the Chatsworth F&B team to refine menus for our guests through the weekend, we also offered up cocktails from the portfolio brands. Looking to step into the whisky space, we ensured a whisky sommelier was on site for informal tastings as well as for general Q&A throughout the days.

Set against the magnificent backdrop of Chatsworth House and the Peak District National Park, the Chatsworth team also offered house tours that were personalised to our guests. Run by the Head of Collections, the tour was a celebration of the art acquired by the house as well as the Duke & Duchess of Devonshire themselves in recent years. The collection was a true juxtaposition of the traditional and the modern.

Additionally, guests were invited to a reception of cocktails hosted by the Duke & Duchess of Devonshire. This was followed by an intimate dinner at The Stables, named after what the space was historically used for. A curated menu preceeded a dessert inspired by one of the Delarki portfolio brands, Axia. Using this clear Greek alcohol called Mastiha as her base, the Head Pastry Chef invented a dessert centred around the botanical notes of Axia specifically for the dinner.
